Can I enhance a page with colored fonts, a colored background, and a picture?

The current versions of MS Word and Word Perfect  have these features in their word processing programs.  Once you complete your document, you can even go to the top menu bar and click on "View" and then click on "Web Layout" (in MS Word) or "Preview in Browser" (in WordPerfect).  This will show you how your document will appear on your Website.  You can either save your document in .doc (for MS Word) or .wpd (for WordPerfect) format ...or, either word processing program will allow you to save it in .html / .htm (Internet) format.  You may upload any of these formats by way of the HomePage entry form.  Note:  You also may send plain text (.txt) format; however, this format can not be enhanced.
