- 3 qts green tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 qt ripe tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 medium onion - finely chopped
- 1 cup seeded poblano chilies, finely chopped
- 5 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
- Dash of sugar
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 tsp salt or "to taste"
- 1 tbs fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- Combine all ingredients. If too much juice in the bottom,
drain. Server with tortilla chips.
