- 2 (8 ox) cream cheese
- 1 tbs chopped green peppers
- 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- Finely chopped pecans
- 1 tbs chopped pimiento
- 1 tbs finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Dash of salt
- Dash of cayenne pepper

Combine softened cream cheese & cheddar cheese, mixing well until blended.

add pimiento, green pepper, onion, worcestershire sauce, lemon juice &
seasonings; mix well.

Chill, shape into a ball and roll in nuts.
