Sausage Balls

1 lb hot sausage
8 oz sharp cheddar cheese
3 cups Bisquick

Let cheese and sausage set out until they reach room temperature.
Mix together with Bisquick & roll into small balls.
Bake on cookie sheet at 325 for 12 minutes or until brown.
