Banana Nut Bread
2 ½ cups white flour
1 cup sugar
3 ½ tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 tbls. canola oil
¾ cup milk
1 egg
1 cup mashed ripe banana
1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease and flour two loaf pans
Measure all ingredients into large mixing bowl
Beat on medium speed 1 minute scraping side and bottom of bowl constantly
Pour into pans
Bake at
350º
for
45 - 55 minutes
or until wooden toothpick comes out clean
Remove from pans; cool thoroughly before slicing.
