Mounds of Candy

 
bullet1 pound coconut
bullet3 cups pecans, chopped
bullet1 can Eagle Brand condensed sweetened milk
bullet1 pound semi-sweet chocolate chips
bullet1/4 pound paraffin wax
bulletMix coconut, pecans & Eagle Brand milk.
bulletChill for 30 minutes in refrigerator.
bulletShape into balls, then chill again for 30 minutes.
bullet While chilling, melt chocolate chips & paraffin in top of double boiler on low heat until melted.
bulletUsing a toothpick, dip each ball into hot mixture, dipping twice.
bulletPlace on wax paper to cool.
bulletFill toothpick holes with chocolate mixture.
