Sunshine Kisses

 

	1 lemon cake mix
	1 egg, slightly beaten
	1/3 cup vegetable oil
	2 tbsp. water
	1/3 cup chopped pecans Preheat oven to 350º. Combine cake mix, egg, oil, and water. Stir until combined (mixture will be dry). Stir in nuts. Roll into 1 inch balls (I use my Pampered Chef cookie dropper.) Flatten out balls with sugar dish, glass, etc. Bake for 8 minutes. Bake at 350º for 8 minutes. Cut when completely cooled. Makes 36 cookies
