| Mix first four ingredients
in mixing bowl, beating until creamy. |
| Sift flour, soda, and salt
gradually adding to first mixture alternately with the buttermilk. |
| Mix well. |
| Blend in mashed bananas and
pecans |
| Pour into greased or Pam
sprayed loaf pans. |
| Bake at 350º
until tested done.
| You can use mini-loaf
pans or bundt pan, if desired. Keep in mind the baking time
changes with different pans |
| This cake freezes well,
and makes into nice little gifts for your friends. Just wrap
in colored Saran Wrap and stick a bow on them! |
