Bread Pudding

bulletOne pound loaf of cinnamon raisin bread
bullet1 quart milk
bullet3 eggs, slightly beaten
bullet1 cup sugar
bullet2 tbsp. vanilla extract
bulletpinch salt
bullet3 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
bulletBreak bread into small chunks in large mixing bowl.
bulletAdd milk, let soak for 10 minutes (You can work mixture with hands until milk is absorbed.)
bulletCombine eggs and remaining ingredients.
bulletStir into bread mixture.
bulletPour into a 13x9 inch baking dish
bulletBake at 350 for 50 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
bulletYields 12 servings
