Cheese Cake

bullet2 lbs. cream cheese
bullet1 cup whipping cream
bullet4 eggs, beaten
bullet1 cup milk
bullet2 cups sugar
bullet4 tbsp. flour
bullet1 tsp. cornstarch
bullet2 tsp. vanilla
bullet2 tbsp. melted margarine
bullet1/8 tsp. salt (pinch)
bulletBEFORE MIXING INGREDIENTS:  Make and bake graham cracker crust according to recipe on box of pre-crumbed graham crackers.   LET COOL before adding the pie mixture.
bulletCream the cheese till smooth and fluffy.
bulletAdd remaining ingredients and mix till smooth.
bulletPour into spring form pan or tube pan lined with cooled graham cracker crust.
bulletBake 1 hour at 350 degrees  DO NOT BAKE LONGER AND DO NOT PRE-HEAT OVEN!
bulletGarnish with additional carton of whipped cream, crushed pineapple, and slivered almonds.
bulletThis recipe is definitely worth the effort!   When my husband and I got married, we did everything ourselves, including the catering for the reception.  One of the refreshments we prepared was cheesecake (5 of them!)  We went through dozens of recipes, but this by far has been the best I've found.  I got it from a friend (Pam Sanders) in Levelland TX who in turn had gotten it from an aunt of hers.  It's delicious!
