French Coconut Pie
Melt 1 stick of butter
Add:
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 cup coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. vinegar
Pour into unbaked 9 inch pie crust.
Bake at
350 degrees
for 1 hour.
Serve warm with whipped topping.
