Gooey Butter Cake

	1 box yellow cake mix
	1 egg
	1 stick softened butter

Mix above ingredients and press into greased 9x13 inch pan. 

Blend together:

	8 oz. softened cream cheese
	2 eggs
	1 box powdered sugar Pour cream cheese mixture over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown. Top with cherry or blueberry filling or just serve with ice cream. VARIATIONS:  Chocolate cake mix, and add 1 to 2 tbsp. cocoa to cream cheese mixture.  Spice cake mix and add 1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice to cream cheese mixture.
