 | 1/2 chopped nuts
 | In a mixing bowl, combine
the yellow cake mix (except for the one cup set aside), 1 stick of the
oleo, and 1 egg, mixing well. |
| Spread in a greased and
floured (or use PAM) 13x9 baking pan. |
| Then mix the pumpkin, the
remaining eggs (beaten), evaporated milk, brown sugar, 1/2 cup of the
granulated sugar and the cinnamon. |
| Beat well. |
| Spread over the cake
mixture. |
| Mix the remaining 1/2 cup
granulated sugar, the nuts, the 1/2 stick oleo, and the cup of reserved
cake mix and crumble together. |
| Sprinkle over top of
pumpkin mixture. |
| Bake at 350º
for 50 to 60 minutes.
