Pumpkin Pie Cake

 
bullet1 box yellow cake mix (set aside one cup)
bullet1  1/2 sticks oleo
bullet4 eggs
bullet1 can pumpkin
bullet3 beaten eggs
bullet2/3 cup evaporated milk
bullet1/2 cup brown sugar
bullet1 cup granulated sugar
bullet1  1/2 tsp. cinnamon
bullet1/2 chopped nuts
bulletIn a mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix (except for the one cup set aside), 1 stick of the oleo, and 1 egg, mixing well.
bulletSpread in a greased and floured (or use PAM) 13x9 baking pan.
bulletThen mix the pumpkin, the remaining eggs (beaten), evaporated milk, brown sugar, 1/2 cup of the granulated sugar and the cinnamon.
bulletBeat well.
bulletSpread over the cake mixture.
bulletMix the remaining 1/2 cup granulated sugar, the nuts, the 1/2 stick oleo, and the cup of reserved cake mix and crumble together.
bulletSprinkle over top of pumpkin mixture.
bulletBake at  350 for 50 to 60 minutes
bulletThis is really good!
