Sunshine Cake

	1 pkg. yellow butter cake mix
	4 eggs
	1 cup Crisco oil
	1 11-oz. can Mandarin oranges (juice and all) Combine cake mix, oil and oranges (including juice) Mix and add eggs one at a time Make 4 layers Bake at 350º for 15-18 minutes

FROSTING

	1 large 20-oz can crushed pineapple, with juice
	1 large Vanilla instant pudding mix (family size)
	1 large Cool-whip - 9 oz
	1 small can coconut Mix pineapple & juice with pudding mix Fold in Cool-whip, with coconut and frost in layers Keep in refrigerator
