Sunshine Cake

 

bullet1 pkg. yellow butter cake mix
bullet4 eggs
bullet1 cup Crisco oil
bullet1 11-oz. can Mandarin oranges (juice and all)
bulletCombine cake mix, oil and oranges (including juice)
bulletMix and add eggs one at a time
bulletMake 4 layers
bulletBake at 350º for 15-18 minutes

FROSTING

bullet1 large 20-oz can crushed pineapple, with juice
bullet1 large Vanilla instant pudding mix (family size)
bullet1 large Cool-whip - 9 oz
bullet1 small can coconut
bulletMix pineapple & juice with pudding mix
bulletFold in Cool-whip, with coconut and frost in layers
bulletKeep in refrigerator
