You Name-It Cake

 
bullet2 cups sugar
bullet1  1/2 cups oil
bullet2 eggs
bullet2 well-mashed bananas
bullet1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple & juice
bullet1 cup coconut
bullet2  1/2 cups flour
bullet1/2 tsp. salt
bullet1 tsp. soda
bullet1 tsp. cinnamon
bullet1 cup chopped nuts
bullet1  1/2 tsp. banana flavoring
bulletMix well the sugar and oil in large mixing bowl.
bulletStir in the next 4 ingredients.
bulletSift flour, salt, soda, & cinnamon into mixture, mix well.
bulletAdd chopped nuts and banana flavoring.
bulletPour batter into greased bundt pan (I use Pam)
bulletBake at  350º degrees for 45 to 55 minutes. 
bulletThis cake freezes well.
