Chocolate Pie
6 tblsps. flour
4 tblsps. cocoa
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups milk
2 tblsps. butter or oleo
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash salt
2 egg yolks, beaten (save whites for meringue)
Mix flour, cocoa & sugar, adding small amount of milk, stirring to mix
well
Add remainder of milk, butter & vanilla
Cook & stir over medium heat until thickened
Stir beaten egg yolks into hot mixture
Pour into baked 8 or 9 inch pie shell
Top with meringue & brown at
350 degrees
