Blue Bonnet Dressing
(Sugar Free)

	2 egg whites
	12 packets Equal
	1 1/2 tsps. salt
	1/8 cup garlic powder
	Juice of 1/2 lemon (or 2 tblsps. Real Lemon)
	2 tsps. paprika
	1 tblsp. prepared mustard
	1/2 cup corn oil (or Canola)
	1 pint Miracle Whip
	1/4 cup vinegar
	6 tblsps. tomato juice
	1/4 cup catsup Beat the egg whites until very stiff Add the 12 packets of Equal and continue beating Add rest of the ingredients & continue beating until well blended
