CHOCOLATE GRAVY
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons cocoa
Dash of salt
1 cup milk
3 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix sugar, flour, cocoa, & salt.
Heat milk & add 1/2 cup to dry ingredients.
Stir until thoroughly mixed.
Add remaining 1/2 c. milk & cook until thickened, stirring all time.
Serve over buttered biscuits.
