Autumn Pork Roast
(In Crock Pot)

 

bullet3 to 4 lb. pork roast
bulletSalt & Pepper
bullet1 cup cranberries, finely chopped
bullet1/4 cup honey
bullet1 tsp. grated orange peel
bullet1/8 tsp. ground cloves
bullet1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
bulletSprinkle roast with salt & pepper
bulletPlace in slow cooking crockpot
bulletIn mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients
bulletPour over roast & cover
bulletCook on low for 8 to 10 hours
bulletMakes 6 to 8 servings
