Beef Stroganoff

	1 ½ to 2 lbs. Stew Meat
	1 cup (or 8 ozs.) Sour Cream
	1 pkg. Egg Noodles
	1 pkg. McCormick Beef Stroganoff Sauce Mix Boil stew meat in water (enough to cover meat) until tender Reserve 2 cups of broth To boil the egg noodles, add some water, salt & pepper to taste, to the remaining broth & cook the noodles until tender To make the McCormick sauce mix, add 1 cup of broth with sauce mix cooking over low heat and stir until thickened Then add noodles, meat and sour cream This is Betty's version of Beef Stroganoff!
