 | 1 pkg. McCormick Beef Stroganoff Sauce Mix
 | Boil stew meat in water (enough to cover meat) until tender |
 | Reserve 2 cups of broth |
 | To boil the egg noodles, add some water, salt & pepper to
taste, to the remaining broth & cook the noodles until tender |
 | To make the McCormick sauce mix, add 1 cup of broth with
sauce mix cooking over low heat and stir until thickened |
 | Then add noodles, meat and sour cream
 | This is Betty's version of Beef Stroganoff!
