Beef Stroganoff


bullet1 to 2 lbs. Stew Meat
bullet1 cup (or 8 ozs.) Sour Cream
bullet1 pkg. Egg Noodles
bullet1 pkg. McCormick Beef Stroganoff Sauce Mix
bulletBoil stew meat in water (enough to cover meat) until tender
bulletReserve 2 cups of broth
bulletTo boil the egg noodles, add some water, salt & pepper to taste, to the remaining broth & cook the noodles until tender
bulletTo make the McCormick sauce mix, add 1 cup of broth with sauce mix cooking over low heat and stir until thickened
bulletThen add noodles, meat and sour cream
bulletThis is Betty's version of Beef Stroganoff!
