Chicken & Stuffing Casserole


bullet1 package (6 ounces) instant stuffing mix, any variety
bullet4 - 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
bullet1 can cream of chicken soup
bullet1/3 cup milk
bullet1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
bulletPrepare stuffing according to the package directions
bulletSpoon the stuffing down the center of a 13x9 inch baking dish
bulletPlace chicken around the stuffing
bulletCombine soup, milk and parsley; pour over chicken
bulletCover and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes
bulletUncover and bake for 10-15 minutes longer or until the juices run clear
