Chicken & Stuffing Casserole

	1 package (6 ounces) instant stuffing mix, any variety
	4 - 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
	1 can cream of chicken soup
	1/3 cup milk
	1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes Prepare stuffing according to the package directions Spoon the stuffing down the center of a 13x9 inch baking dish Place chicken around the stuffing Combine soup, milk and parsley; pour over chicken Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes Uncover and bake for 10-15 minutes longer or until the juices run clear
