Mexican Casserole

 

bullet2 lb. hamburger meat
bullet1 small onion
bulletGarlic powder, to taste
bulletBrown and separate in skillet
bulletAlternate with layer of meat mixture and the following:
bullet2 cans mushroom soup (do not dilute)
bullet1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes (chopped)
bullet1 can enchilada sauce
bulletTop with 1 lb. shredded cheese
bulletThen top with slightly crushed Doritos
bulletCover with foil and cook at 350º for about 1 hour
bulletUncover and brown
