hamburger meat
1 small
onion
Garlic powder
, to taste
Brown and separate in skillet
Alternate with layer of meat mixture and the following:
2 cans
mushroom soup
(do not dilute)
1 can
Ro-Tel tomatoes
(chopped)
1 can
enchilada sauce
Top with 1 lb. shredded
cheese
Then top with slightly crushed
Doritos
Cover with foil and cook at
350º
for about 1 hour
Uncover and brown
