"Soup"erior  Meatloaf

	1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Onion Soup Mix
	2 lbs. ground beef
	1  1/2 cups fresh bread crumbs, broken into small pieces
	2 eggs
	3/4 cup water
	1/3 cup ketchup In large mixing bowl, combine the above ingredients.  In large baking pan, shape into loaves Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour

Sauce for topping:

	1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
	2 Tbsp brown sugar
	1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
	1 Tbsp dried parsley flakes While meat loaves are baking, mix the above ingredients When the meat loaves are done, spread the sauce over tops Return to oven for 5 to 10 minutes longer Comment:  I usually make 6 or 7 mini loaves, and put on a cookie sheet. It takes about 30 minutes to cook these and they freeze well.  Really good for an individual or for single servings.
