bullet1/2 cup salt
bullet1 gallon water
bullet1 quart pecans
bulletDissolve salt in water & add pecans.
bulletLet set for 30 minutes.
bulletDrain well for about 15 minutes on dish towels.
bulletRoast in oven for about 30 minutes at 325.
