ROASTED
PECANS

 | 1/2 cup salt |
 | 1 gallon water |
 | 1 quart pecans
 | Dissolve salt in
water & add pecans. |
 | Let set for 30
minutes. |
 | Drain well for
about 15 minutes on dish towels. |
 | Roast in oven for
about 30 minutes at 325. |
