Blue Bonnet Dressing

	2 egg whites
	1/2 cup sugar
	1 1/2 tsps. salt
	2 tblsps. garlic powder
	Juice of 1/2 lemon (or equivalent of Real Lemon)
	2 tsps. paprika
	1 tblsp. prepared mustard
	1/2 cup Mazola (or oil of your choice)
	1 pint Miracle Whip
	1/4 cup vinegar
	6 tblsps tomato juice
	1/4 cup catsup Beat egg whites until stiff Add sugar and continue beating Add rest of ingredients, beating until well blended Comment: This is the "House Dressing" from the Blue Bonnet Cafe in Temple, Texas.  It has been our favorite for years.
