Ramen Salad
1/2 head of cabbage, chopped fine
4 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup sliced almonds
2 Tbsps. sunflower seeds
1 pkg. Ramen noodles, broken up
In large bowl, mix together the cabbage, onions, almonds, sunflower seeds, and ramen noodles
In a separate bowl, mix together the following for the dressing:
1/2 tsp. oil
3 Tbsps. lemon juice
2 Tbsps. sugar
flavor packet from ramen noodles
Mix together well
Pour over salad ingredients and toss
