Summer Salad

 

bullet1 pound curly noodles
bullet1/3 cup Italian dressing
bullet3/4 cup sugar
bullet1 tsp. salt
bullet1 green pepper
bullet1 red pepper
bullet1 yellow pepper
bullet1 tsp. garlic
bullet2 tsp. yellow mustard
bullet1 chopped onion
bullet1 chopped cucumber
bullet1 chopped tomato
bulletCook noodles according to directions; drain.
bulletRinse pasta in cold water, set aside.
bulletIn small bowl, combine rest of ingredients.
bulletPour over pasta & toss.
bulletI use the rainbow pasta because it makes the salad look
pretty. 
bulletThis recipe is so easy and so refreshing on a hot summer day!
