Hash Brown Potato Casserole

 

bullet2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
bullet1 can cream of chicken soup
bullet1 cup sour cream
bullet1 cup finely chopped onion
bullet1/4 cup melted butter
bullet1/4 tsp. salt
bullet1/4 tsp. pepper
bullet1 (32 oz) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
bullet1 cup cornflakes, crushed
bullet1 Tbsp. melted butter
bulletMix cheese, soup, sour cream, 1/4 cup butter, salt & pepper
bulletFold in thawed hash brown potatoes
bulletBake in 13 x 9 baking dish
bulletMix crushed cornflakes & 1 Tbsp. melted butter together
bulletSprinkle on top of potatoes
bulletBake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
