Cornbread Dressing
(for small family or couple)

	1 pan cold cornbread
	5 to 6 slices stale lightbread
	1 onion (cooked)
	1 to 2 stalks celery (cooked)
	1 raw egg
	salt, pepper & poultry seasong to suit taste
	Broth to moisten sufficiently Crumble breads and mix together Add onion, celery (which can be cooked together) & broth Add egg last Bake at 350 degrees to desired doneness Comment:  This was Grandma Thomison's recipe for Cornbread Dressing.
