Cornbread Dressing
(for small family or couple)


bullet1 pan cold cornbread
bullet5 to 6 slices stale lightbread
bullet1 onion (cooked)
bullet1 to 2 stalks celery (cooked)
bullet1 raw egg
bulletsalt, pepper & poultry seasong to suit taste
bulletBroth to moisten sufficiently
bulletCrumble breads and mix together
bulletAdd onion, celery (which can be cooked together) & broth
bulletAdd egg last
bulletBake at 350 degrees to desired doneness
