CARAMEL POPCORN
1 stick butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon soda
1/4 cup corn syrup
2 cup peanuts (optional)
1/2 cup unpopped popcorn
Combine butter, brown sugar, & corn syrup in pan & bring to a boil.
(
CAUTION
: WILL BOIL OVER).
Meanwhile pop popcorn.
Pour mixture over popcorn & place on greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 250 for 30 minutes or until brown, stirring occasionally.
