Sausage Biscuit Appetizers


bullet1 tube refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
bullet1 Tbsp. butter, melted
bullet5 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
bullet1 tsp. dried oregano
bullet1 package ( 8 ounces ) brown-and-serve sausage links
bulletRoll out each biscuit into a 4-inch circle
bulletBrush with butter
bulletSprinkle with cheese and oregano
bulletPlace a sausage link in the center of each biscuit and roll up
bulletCut each into four small pieces
bulletInsert a toothpick into each piece
bulletPlace on an ungreased baking sheet and bake at 375 for 10 minutes or until golden brown
bulletMakes 40 appetizers
bulletThese are best when still warm from the oven!
