Broccoli & Cheese Soup

	4 Tbsps. melted butter
	3 Tblsps. flour
	1 qt. milk
	1 cup Cheese Whiz
	1 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
	salt & pepper to taste Cook broccoli according to pkg. directions Mix together the broccoli & half the milk; set aside In medium saucepan, melt butter, add flour and mix well Add rest of milk and the cheese Cook, stirring constantly until cheese melts Add broccoli and milk mixture Heat thoroughly
