BROCCOLI WITH CHEESE SAUCE

1 medium onion, chopped

bullet

4 stalks celery, chopped

bullet

1 stick oleo

bullet

1 medium jar of mushrooms, drained 

bullet

1 can cream of mushroom soup 

bullet

Velveeta cheese to taste

bullet

1 (10 oz) box frozen broccoli, cooked by directions on box
bullet

Sauté onion & celery in oleo.

bullet

Add mushrooms, soup, & cheese.

bullet

Cook until cheese is melted. 

bullet

Add to cooked broccoli.
