CHEESY POTATOES

8 medium potatoes, peeled & cubed

3 oz cream cheese

8 oz sour cream 

bullet

8 oz Cheez Whiz

1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted

Salt & pepper to taste

Boil potatoes until tender & drain.

Combine remaining ingredients in a glass bowl.

Microwave until smooth, 2 1/2 min at a time, stopping to stir occasionally with a wire whisk.

Combine with potatoes.

bullet

Pour into a greased 2 1/2 qt baking dish.

Bake at 350 for 20-30 min or until bubbly.
