bulletears of corn
bulletmilk or water
bulletsalt & pepper
bulletCut corn from cob. 
bullet Add small amount of milk or water (about 1 tablespoon for each ear of corn).
bulletSeason with salt & pepper. 
bullet Stir well. 
bullet Melt small amount of butter in heavy skillet. 
bullet Add corn mixture cook over low heat until corn is tender. 
bullet Stir some as it cooks. 
bullet Use 1 ear of corn per person.
