 | Cut corn from cob. |
 | Add
small amount of milk or water (about 1 tablespoon for each ear of corn). |
 | Season with salt
& pepper. |
 | Stir well. |
 | Melt small amount of butter in heavy skillet. |
 | Add corn
mixture cook over low heat until corn is tender. |
 | Stir some as it cooks.
 | Use 1
ear of corn per person. |
