FRIED OKRA
okra
cornmeal
flour
dash salt
1 egg
1/8 cup milk
oil
Cut okra into 1/2" slices after washing.
Combine mixture of 1/2 flour & 1/2 cornmeal. Add salt.
Combine egg & milk.
Place okra in egg mixture first, then cornmeal mixture.
Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels.
