SCALLOPED POTATOES

1/2 stick sliced margarine

Irish potatoes, sliced

bullet

1 can cream of mushroom soup

bullet

1 can cheddar cheese soup 

bullet

Salt & pepper to taste

bullet

minced onion, desired amount

bullet

1 soup can of water

bullet

Sliced cheese 
bullet

Place margarine in bottom of 9x13" Pyrex dish.

Fill dish almost to top with potatoes.

bullet

Sprinkle salt & pepper on top of potatoes.

Mix soups with minced onion & water.

bullet

Pour this soup mixture over potatoes.

Place sliced cheese on top.
bullet

Optional: Place sliced onions over cheese & sprinkle with garlic salt.

Cover with foil.

bullet

Bake in 350 oven for 1 to 1  1/2 hours, or until potatoes are tender.

Suggestion :  good to put chicken under potatoes & cook together.
