SQUASH PATTIES

2 cups grated yellow squash

2 eggs

bullet

1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons flour (plain)

2 teaspoon grated onion

bullet

1/2 teaspoon salt 

bullet

1/8 teaspoon pepper

bullet

2 teaspoons sugar
bullet

Mix all ingredients.

Melt 2 tablespoons butter in skillet using medium heat.

bullet

Drop by tablespoons.

bullet

Fry until brown.

bullet

Drain on paper towel.
