The sports complex had a large meeting room where we conducted the preachers' studies.  It also had a room for food preparation, and a place to eat.  There were also dormitories where those who came from a distance slept at night.  Since a large number of people came to this meeting, a hired chef oversaw the planning and preparation of food, but most of the work was done by members who volunteered their services.  It was amazing how well-planned by these brethren this meeting was, and how well things turned out.
