*While electricity and water hookups are available, we will be cooking all the group meals “camp style” over an outdoor fire.

*There are very nice restroom facilities in the campground that include 3 private showers with hot water for men, and 3 for women.  Bring towels, washcloths, soap, and personal hygiene items.

*The evening services will be conducted on a gently sloping hillside within our reserved area, so bring lawn chairs and blankets to sit on.  Bring a light jacket, sweater, or sweatshirt for cool evenings.

*Optional activities during the day on Saturday will include volleyball, hiking, free fishing (bring your tackle), paddle boats, and a playground for small children.  You may also bring your bicycle for trails.

*There will be no mixed swimming.  All campers are expected to wear modest apparel at all times.

*We hope to have some quartets to perform and some group singings as well.

*Once your gear is unloaded, all cars will be parked in an adjacent parking area so as to keep the camping area free of road traffic and parked cars.

*There is no fee for entering the park to attend the evening services.

If you or some teens you know would like to attend the meeting but the $ 25.00 fee is prohibitive, please let us know and we will make arrangements to cover these costs in some other way.  We do not want to hinder anyone from coming who wants to be a part of this event.  We are very excited about the meeting and are already busy making preparation.  We hope you and others from your home congregation will want to share this time with us.  We look forward to hearing from you.
