The National School of Music will be conducting a one-week singing school this summer. Classes will include beginners and intermediate theory, rudiments of harmony, note singing and sight reading (23 hours of note singing). The school will be at Camp Ridgedale in Vanleer, TN (approximately 50 miles west of Nashville). The camp will be open (June 15th) for those arriving on Saturday, and will be open through noon on Saturday (June 22rd) for those departing on Saturday.

CAMP RIDGEDALE LOCATION

From Nashville, go West on I-40 to Exit 172. Turn right and go 3 miles into Dickson on Hwy 46. 

Turn left on Hwy 70 (just past McDonalds). Go about 1 1/2 miles and turn right on Hwy 46 north.

Go about 2 miles and turn right on Hwy 235 (at caution light). Go 8 miles and turn left on Hwy 49.

Go 2 miles into Vanleer and then turn left on Bear Creek Road (beside Methodist Church).

Go 1 mile to Camp Ridgedale on right (look for sign “National School of Music”).
